1. Summary
The hydraulic valve test benches of model YFS-Z/N series(Submerged type) are specially developed, manufactured and applied to perform water/air pressure test and close-pen torque and liffespan test on all kinds of DN15-1200(1/2"-48") flanged end valves, such as gate valves, ball valves, globe valves, check valves etc. The test benches are effectively composed of four parts, that is, mechanical system, hydraulic system, electric system and testing medium circulating system. The entire process of the loading and clamping of the valve to be tested is completely controlled by electric components and hydraulic components. The testing medium can be water, air or oil. And the maximum valve shell test pressure with liquid (water) can be up to 63MPa, and max. test valve open-close torque can be up to 50000N.M). Test benches of this model series are of the following features, such as rational and compact in configuration, flawless in function, steady and reliable in performance, high in degree of automation, advanced in technics and so on.
What is important, the test benches of this model series have no effect of external force upon the valve body, because the clamping jaw clamp directly on the flange of the valve. The left side of the test bench is movable, thus the testing won′t be restricted by the face-to-face length of the valve to be tested. When testing the valve, load the valve to be tested, clamp on both sides flange of the valve to be tested with enough clamping pressure, start the low pressure water pump to fill the valve to be tested with water, and start the high pressure water pump to pressurize the water inside the valve to the necessary test pressure for the valve's shell test, and check if the valve body, valve cover and middle flange are qualified. And the other side working table of the test bench can be reversed by 90 degrees to perform seat test with water pressure or low pressure air (0.6-0.7MPa). And the both-side working tables of the test bench can be made to be reversed by 90 degrees with some extra charge of production cost if the customer needs. The testing way and process of the test benches conform completely to the requirements of the following standards,GB/T13927-2008" Pressure testing of general valves"JB/T9092-99" Valve inspection and testing" and the International standards of API598, 6A, 6D etc.
Besides, the machines can specially and extra equipped with PLC controls and computerized valve pressure and open/close torque testing data collecting, storing, searching and time-pressure curve test report printing system as per customer's special request if necessary. And plus the water/air pipeline air-driven ball valves or needle valves controlled by PLC, the valve pressure and open/close torque can be tested on the test benches automatically, which can improve the valve testing efficiency and security remarkably. And the test benches can also be equipped with electric hoist (Max. Load Weight: 500KG) for loading the small size valves to be tested as per customers' special request if necessary, especially for customers who don't have cranes in their workshop, or the machines are used for valve testing on the project work site.
