Product Description

1. Summary

The Valve Test Benches of model PZ series are a new type of valve testing equipment, which are the patent products designed and developed specially by our company and specially used for testing flange or weld end valves(common type ball, gate, globe and check valves etc.) by means of self-implement balance water cylinders+face sealing plates or bore (internal) sealing plates for testing .The machine is made up of main parts, such as electric motors, thrust screws, transmitting nut, tie bars etc. A frequency converter and a speed reducer are adopted as the motor to drive the transmitting nut and make the screw going forwards and backwards. The practicability of the machine is completing both shell test and seat test after only one time of clamping, which is convenient and quick for valve testing. When performing valve tests, the bore (internal) sealing plates and the valves' inner diameter fits each other by tolerance, which makes good sealing effect and causes no external force on the valves to be tested. The machines of this series are especially better and safer for clamping and testing valves with large size and high pressure. In addition, the machine will specially equipped with a panel computer PLC control system and a electrical frequency converter for controlling thrust screw moving and interlock protection under pressure. And it has the special function for setting and adjusting the screw driving speed reducer's working speed and torque force, that is, little torque force of thrust screw advancing for loading and clamping the valve before valve testing, and big torque force of thrust screw retreating for releasing and unloading the valve after valve testing. The machines can be used for performing shell pressure test with water, seat pressure test with water/air and 0.6-0.7MPa low pressure air tightness test on the valves to be tested.

 

As to test valves with large size and high or super high pressure, the machines can be particularly designed and manufactured according to customers′ special requirements. The machines of this model series we can design and manufacture can test ball valves up to 72"(DN1800), Class600(10.0MPa). And the max. water test pressure can be up to 210MPa (30450Psi). And for getting better effect and the security for valve high air pressure test, the machine can be specially designed and manufactured to be surbmerged type, that is, the workbench can be made in a big water tank, and can be moved upwards for loading or unloading the tested valve or downwards by the two rising & descending hydraulic oil cylinders for the valve high air pressure test. And the max. gas(air, nitrogen or other gases such as helium, hydrogen etc.) test pressure with the machine we can make is up to 76MPa(11020Psi) if necessary. 

Besides, the machines can specially and extra equipped with computer PLC control system, including the valve pressure test recording, test data collecting, storing, searching and time-pressure curve test report printing system as per customer's special request if necessary. The machines can be made with PLC control plus the water/air pipeline air-driven needle valves or ball valves for automatic valve pressure testing. And the machines can also be equipped with electric hoist (Max. Load Weight: 500KG) for loading the small size valves to be tested as per customers' special request if necessary, especially for customers who don't have cranes in their workshop, or the machines are used for valve testing on the project work site. Generally speaking, the machines can be designed and manufactured according to various customers' special valve testing technical requiremets.
