1. Summary

The valve seat grinding machine of model YFMJ series can be designed and manufactured into three types, that is,single-headed, double-headed and multi-headed. This grinding can improve the grinding speed and accuracy, for it combines the rough homocentric grinding with sand paper and the subtle excentric grinding with whetstone, and the whole grinding process is controlled by hydraulic system. The maximum it can grind are the gate valve body with caliber for 800mm. After grinding, the roughness of the surface of the workpiece can reach 0.2μm, and the radial goodness of fit is above 80%. The main functions of this grinder is as follows: the angle of the emplacing and clamping workbench is adjustable, the speed of the grinding head is adjustable, the throw of eccentric of the grind head is adjustable, the grinding head is flexible. The machines are equipped with frequency converters and digital tachometers, and the grinding speed(rotation speed of grinding head) can be displayed in digital and the grinding speed can be adjusted as per technical request.
