Product Description

1. Summary

The hydraulic safety valve test benches of model YFS-A series are used to perform set pressure(popping) test, seat test and reseat test on safety valves. The test benches are steady in performance, self-contained in outfit, and easy in operation. The main outfit of the test bench includes gas(air) vessel, precision pressure gauges, gas(air) fine filter, gas(air) pressure reducing valve and so on. In addition, all the pipeline and needle valves of the test bench are made of stainless steel. As for testing high pressure safety valves, the test bench can be equipped with a high pressure air compressor or gas(air) booster pump. The gas(air) pressure for the safety valves can be tested up to 32MPa(4640Psi). The test bench can be particularly designed and manufactured according to customers′ special requirements. By the way, the protective measures need to be settled by customers themselves.
